This article shows you how to request Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) port 25 configuration modifications and simulated events testing requests in the AWS Support Center. This article is specific to the AWS European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), also known as the THF Region.
Introduction
This article outlines the process for submitting the following types of AWS Support requests for the ESC Region, also known as the THF Region:

Important: For customers that are outside of the THF Region, see How do I remove the restriction on port 25 from my Amazon EC2 instance or Lambda function?.
Request process overview
For customers based in the THF Region, you must submit port 25 configuration and simulated events cases in the AWS Support Center. The following are examples of the requests in the Support Center console.
