Amazon Managed Grafana launches Enterprise plugins upgrade

On March 7th, Amazon Managed Grafana launches Enterprise plugins upgrade offering.

Amazon Managed Grafana is a fully managed service for Grafana, a popular open-source analytics platform that enables you to query, visualize, and alert on your metrics, logs, and traces.

Why is this feature important? The Enterprise plugins upgrade enabling customers to access Enterprise data source plugins such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and New Relic as well as support and training from Grafana Labs. Enterprise plugins are pre-built plugins that enable you to analyze, query, and alert on third-party enterprise systems in your Amazon Managed Grafana workspace without transferring data from your original data store. Previously, customers could access Enterprise plugins by subscribing their Amazon Managed Grafana workspaces to Grafana Enterprise from AWS Marketplace. With this launch, customers can upgrade their workspaces and manage their Enterprise licenses directly from the Amazon Managed Grafana console. To help customer optimize their cost, Enterprise plugin upgrade have no upfront fees or minimum commitments, customer only pay only for what they use, based on an active user per upgraded workspace, and billed at the end of the month for their usage.
