This article talks about a new feature launched for enrollment of accounts into Enterprise Support/On-Ramp Support

AWS Support continues to provide a mix of tools, technology, people, and programs to help you optimize performance, lower costs, and innovate faster. Now any new member accounts that you invite to AWS Organizations under a management account on AWS Enterprise Support or AWS Enterprise On-Ramp Support, will automatically get enrolled into Enterprise/Enterprise On-Ramp Support as per your Private Pricing Agreement (PPA) or Enterprise Discount Program (EDP). This will ensure eligible accounts in your organization get the required level of AWS Support instantaneously, so that you can continue to confidently use AWS Services knowing you have the support as and when needed.

With this feature, any account that you create or add to an AWS Organization that receives Enterprise Support or Enterprise On-Ramp pursuant to your PPA or EDP will be automatically added to either Enterprise Support or Enterprise On-Ramp. As of now, this feature is available for customers in the Commercial partition only. In order for accounts to be eligible for auto-enrollment, their e-mail domain must match with the management e-mail domain, the account email domain cannot be public, and the account must not already be on Enterprise/Enterprise On-Ramp Support.

In order to learn more about this feature launch, please reach out to your technical account manager, and they can help answer any questions. Additionally, Please work with your Technical Account Manager to ensure this feature meets your Support enrollment requirement needs before making changes to your existing process of requesting Support enrollment.
