How can I upload documents to AWS Support for ordering or porting phone numbers in Amazon Connect?

I want to use Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) secure URLs to upload identity documents for a support case. These documents are for porting or ordering phone numbers in Amazon Connect.
Short description
When you request porting or ordering phone numbers for Amazon Connect, you're required to validate documents with your phone carrier. To limit access to your information, AWS Support creates secure links for you to submit the documents to encrypted Amazon S3 buckets.
Complete all mandatory steps that AWS Support provides. If you don't complete all the steps, then it can cause delays. If Amazon Connect Identity Validation can't access a document, then you must reupload the documents and complete the steps again.
Use the secure link before it expires 10 days after the creation date. If the link expires, then ask AWS Support to provide another secure link.
Resolution
Use the secure link to upload the documents
Complete the IdentityDetails file that's attached to your support case.
Open the AWS Support Center Console from the account where you created the support case. Or, use your IAM role.
In your support case, find the secure link that's generated for your account and open it.
Choose Add files, and then add the completed IdentityDetails file. Also, include all requested identity documents.
Under Permissions, choose Specify individual ACL permissions. Then, under Access control list (ACL), choose Add grantee.
For Grantee, enter the key from your support case.
Under Objects, choose Read to grant AWS Support access to your documents.
