Pearson Vue exam technical issue, do I need to wait 14 days?

Hi, I had a technical issue while giving the exam on 18th March 2023. The exam was interrupted. After many hours with customer service, they gave me a voucher for a new test, and told me I could reschedule. However, I got an email from AWS today that I of course failed the exam (since I only attempted 10 mins of my exam after which it stopped), and that I can reattempt in 14 days. I just want to get this exam over with as soon as possible as it affects my mid year reviews. Can AWS help and lift off this restriction of 14 days ? Exam Registration id : 444775942
