Files missing on EFS

I have been using EFS for a while, one day I found all files are missing, except the root folder I created still there. When I look at the EFS properties, I can still see the size been used, I just can't see any files. I can also create new files in it and can see these new files, just all the old files are missing. This is very strange. Could anyone help take a look?
The file system id is fs-8098ce03.
