DNS Route 53 monitoring, looking for abnormal increase in traffic due to Apache vulnerability

In the aws documentation we looked for a way to be able to monitor the outgoing traffic of the DNS Route 53, which cannot be reviewed in CloudWatch and neither in Cloudtrail.
