Billing question for closed account

Hi, I have a pressing question regarding an AWS account used for training purposes and was closed in 2023. I keep receiving small bills, likely due to some resource that is still active. However I cannot log back in since the account is closed and I dont even have the account #. I cannot call anyone as AWS does not provide a phone number. cannot e-mail anyone as there is no email address.. Please advise what options i have to resolve this, or I am stuck paying that bill till I am alive?

If you are running up charges for something then your account can't be properly closed, as there needs to be an active account for the resources to be running in.

Do you perhaps have another AWS account on the same payment method? While each AWS account must use a separate email address, the same credit card can be registered against more than one account.
