Fractional scaling with NICE DCV and XFCE

what DCV currently does is to set the server resolution to the one requested by the client, it does not interact with the scaling factor of the server, if needed, the customer can change the scaling from the display settings menu of the desktop environment.

Fractional scaling support depends on the Desktop Environment the customer is currently using, so depending on your Desktop Environment, it could or not be available.
