Cannot Provision Number in Chime

Hello !

When trying to provision a voice connector, I receive the following error: "Your service has been restricted. If you feel like you have received this message in error, please submit a support request in the upper right with the category “Voice Calling”".

Why did I have this problem please ? Thank you !!

This generally happens on accounts with limited billing history (new accounts). It's simply a part of the fraud protection on PSTN calling. After you submit the request, unless there are other concerns with your account, it should take about 3 business days to complete.
