I have few member accounts in my organizations which I want to remove. I have completed steps like payment details and other stuffs to make it act like a standalone account but still I am unable to remove this account from Organizations. It throws me error like this "admin (#138550646085): ConstraintViolationException
This operation requires a wait period. Try again later." Please note that this account is not delegated administrator account.
Was the account recently created? Per the API docs, if so you will need to wait up to a few days before you can remove the account (see the WAIT_PERIOD_ACTIVE reason code under ConstraintViolationException).
