Nice DCV - Limit client access to applications

Is it possible to configure Nice DCV to only stream certain applications to a client?
For example say on windows, I boot up notepad.exe on start up. When a client connects can I set up the stream that the client only gets a stream of notepad.exe?

DCV doesn't currently offer the ability to stream a single application window to the client, however Amazon AppStream 2.0 does with it's Windows native client. The AppStream 2.0 HTML5 client offers it too, but the experience is contained within the browser window/tab, versus appearing as though the application is running locally.
