Add AWS Chatbot API

Is there any plan to expose AWS Chatbot APIs ? Is anyone aware of its planned roadmap?

There might be plenty of automation, services and dependencies that can be built around AWS Chatbot and it is a bit sad seeing that its API is still not available.
