Kinesis video stream Webcam access to Docker

Question

During kinesis video steam using Docker setup when I try to  run the Docker (below command) and I am getting the expectation. 
I want to stream video from PC webcam. How to give Docker access to PC webcam?
sudo docker run -it --network="host" --device=/dev/video0 546150905175.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/kinesis-video-producer-sdk-cpp-amazon-linux /bin/bash
 Error:-
**docker: Error response from daemon: error gathering device information while adding custom device "/dev/video0": no such file or directory.
ERRO0000 error waiting for container: context canceled**
