Revert to an image or snapshot on the same instance so you dont loose IP

Hello, I changed the port for RDP and it now isn't letting me connect. I allowed it through the firewall and everything. I have done this successfully before. I must have done something wrong, stupid me.. Luckily I have I created an image before I did the change.

So my question is: Is there a way to revert to an image or snapshot on the same instance so I don't lose the IP?
