aws free tier account suspension

I don't know why my account is suspended. it is activated successfully by charging the 2RS(INR) and activated for few minutes only again it is suspended with in the duration of 1-2hrs from the activation time. even i have provided all the things correctly. and also i uploaded all the required documents to re activate. but, they are not responding. how to make it in a right way. ?
