Kendra Indexing not completing

Question

I am trying to index a 60kb .txt file into Kendra, from an S3 bucket.

I have previously done with several PDFs and it works fine and completes fast. However when I use this txt file it just staying indexing and never completes. Can't seem to find anyone with the same problem

With limited context we couldn't determine what is happening. 
In case the issue is still there, please open a ticket with AWS Support and provide necessary information in the ticket, e.g. account id, data source id, index id, etc so that we can carry out investigation.
