How do I verify my email?

How do I verify my email? Messages are not coming in or going out.

When creating Amazon SES, I realized that my bido.app domain was not verified, the instruction is to update the DNS

I go to configuration and copy the DNSs, our DNSs provider is namecheap

Namecheap's indication is to update the DNSs with TXT type.

I did it and it didn't work.

Should I update the DNSs with CNAME type in namecheap?

Just by updating the DNSs of my bido.app domain, can I send and receive emails or should I do something else? or do I have to create an identity by mail in Amazon SES?

Should I create a record on Route 53 for DNSs?
