Strange event for in Aurora RDS

Database Activity Streams (DAS) is a feature available in Aurora that generates streams into Kinesis for any database activity. You can find details here - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/DBActivityStreams.html

From the error message, it appears that during the period this problem lasts, records won't get generated into the Kinesis Data Stream created by the Aurora DAS, for any activity on the database, which could be DDL, DML or DQL commands.
