AWS Cognito sign in web UI: Is it possible to change the type of Input fields

Hi for the web UI sign in they are all input fields, For some inputs like gender they should probably be a drop down instead since there's only two options. Is there a way to edit the input fields to have more control?

Hi, sadly no you can't customize the default cognito sign in page like that. Currently you can only [customize the logo and the CSS as per the documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/cognito-user-pools-app-ui-customization.html#cognito-user-pools-app-ui-customization-console). What you could do is to create your own sign in page.
