Video Loading Only Once

I have hosted video on aws s3 , i have took link of that and added to my wordpress website . But video loading only once . Next time it keeps bufferring

Have you looked at the debugging console in your browser? There is a Network section that shows the requests that the browser is making to retrieve resources. What happens when on the second (or other) video loads that aren't working? Are there any errors?

    It Just Keep Bufferring , Below i have added one image in answer please check .

    It Just loads at first time , once we refresh and play it again . It Jus keep Buffereing . Not Only in this browser but it all browser
