How can I use EC2 virtual camera as IoT Device for Kinesis Video Stream

I am trying to use EC2 as an IoT device with webRTC and C++ Producer SDKs. For my virtual camera I am using vl2loopback with pyvirtualcam 0.10.2.

Hosting webRTC Test page on my EC2 instance and everything works up until Signal Channel.

How can I get GStreamer to send browser output from getDisplayMedia webRTC call through EC2 virtual camera (or other direct method) into Kinesis Video Stream for further processing in AWS Rekognition?
