Check a few things:
- Is the instance on a public subnet?
- Has a public IP been created?
- Was the port released in the security group?
These are the necessary settings to be able to access without the need for a VPN.

2、security group was configured automaticly，i didn't add any other security rules. Inbound rules – sgr-0ec3389805bcdb4f3 All All sg-09ca4ada4bc0ccd27 default Outbound rules – sgr-08103528b35f77164 All All 0.0.0.0/0 default
