Option to pay bill + saving plan in Brazil

Question

Hi, I'm in Brazil and the only option to pay my bills here is with a credit card. I need to buy a savings plan, but I don't have enough credit to cover my bill + savings plan. Is there some sort of direct transfer?

Also, Savings Plans have a no-upfront option, so you can spread the payments over the life of the plan:

Thanks for help, but with no-upfront means less discount. I'm looking for a direct transfer (TED here in Brazil) just once to pay the saving plan.
