Hls-Playback for CMAF-Content does not work with multiple resolutions

Hi,

This issue is only related to the created HLS-Playlist, there are no issues with DASH content.

When I create a CMAF-Outputgroup in MediaConvert with a single resolution (1920x1080) there are no issue with playback (testing on Safari v15.6). The respective test-encoding is available via [this URL ](https://spotfilm-public.s3.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com/encoding-test/output/Camino_HD/snippet_only_1080p/cmaf/cmaf.m3u8).

If there is more then one resolution added

playback does not work anymore (tested on Safari-Native/Shaka-Demo/Bitmovin-Demo-Player).

When I create a HLS-Outputgroup with multiple outputs/resolutions I did not encounter any problems.
What could be the issue here for CMAF?

That happened to me when there was a problem in the audio rendition group. I noticed the other resolutions don't have an audio group, that might be what's causing the error.
