Show relevant values in a report filter based off top n values in another filter

I am building a report that has multiple chart views all based off the top n companies. I would like to make available an individual filter for certain views to filter on transportation company. In that filter, i would only like the top n companies to be visible to filter on. Is this achievable? So if top N filter shows x,y,z but there are A-Z companies available to choose from, id only like x,y,z to be visiable in my filter since the top n filter was set to top 3 which equal x,y,z.
