Not able to Complete intelligent document processing solution using AWS

Hi Team, I'm trying to follow the article https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/machine-learning/building-an-end-to-end-intelligent-document-processing-solution-using-aws/ for Building an end-to-end intelligent document processing solution using AWS. However, I am stuck at "Reviewing the worker portal" after uploading the sample file in S3 bucket. My approver window is stuck on "Loading" window.

Can anyone please help me with the problem.
