Database server is down in my lightsail instance

Question

I have a lightsail instance on which my wordpress site is hosted. Recently I turned the instance off and restarted it after a while. Soon after this, all of a sudden the database server (mysql) is not at all responding and is down. I haven't done any changes in the codebase. From an SSH session, check the space usage, it's possible that a lack of disk space is causing issues for the database.

Is it possible to connect to Lightsail via SSH?

If SSH connection is possible, try starting the database in Lightsail with the command below.  
```
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart mysql
```
