Hello.
You can search for active services on your AWS account by following the steps in the following document.
Check to see if any NAT gateways remain among the active services.
If it remains and is not needed, delete it.
https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/check-for-active-resources
Confirm you have terminated all active resources Complete the following steps:
- Open AWS Resource Groups.
- In the navigation pane, on the left side of the screen, choose Tag Editor.
- For Regions, choose All regions.
- For Resource types, choose All supported resource types.
- Choose Search resources. If search results appear, then there are still active resources on the account.
Note: Resource Groups search results don't show AWS Marketplace subscriptions. To manage subscriptions, see Managing your software.

Thank you for answering. But due to lack of my understanding of this aws system, I see no NAT gateways from the list of AWS Resource Groups. Would you see the attachment images I updated so it might be helpful to understand my condition? Thanks.
As you can see from the image, it looks like there are no NAT Gateways left. Does that mean that the time spent using NAT Gateway is increasing? In that case, we recommend that you contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing". https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html
