You can use Cost Explorer to figure out exactly which resources you are using and where - for any billing related question, I suggest to raise a support cases through your console since someone will have to take a look at your account to provide advice.

It is likely you still have EBS volumes and EIP unattached to the instances. Please refer to the following documentation to remove unwanted EBS volumes and release EIPs.
