Load balancer page in AWS console doesn't load

Question

I created an application load balancer a year ago, and it works fine. I created a new target groups and I want to associate it with my load balancer. The issue is simple I can't load the load balancer page in the console using the Load balancer menu (https://us-west-1.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/v2/home?region=us-west-1#LoadBalancers:). And now even the target group menu doesn't work. I use Firefox 98.0.2  on windows. Any idea?

Can you try with the Chrome browser?

After trying with multiple browsers, I think Google Chrome is the best option for AWS Console.

You also right-click on the website -> Inspect -> Console to see is there any error there.
