elastic beanstalk

Which platform you are using? I would suggest checking the logs of your app, maybe it's failing on one of the methods and crashing the app. If you are using nginx, please have a look on your ec2 instance at /var/log/nginx with command tail -100 error.log or pull the logs from elastic beanstalk.
