Monthly Patch Tuesday

Question

Every month part of my LightSail IIS Website goes down when my LightSail server reboots. I have two tasks that start when I log in that support the website. When the server reboots, those tasks get stopped until I log in again via RDP. I either need to stop the monthly server reboots or somehow have the server automatically log me back in so those tasks can automatically start. How can I do this?
