Athena GENERIC_INTERNAL_ERROR: java.net.URISyntaxException

Question

I'm having this error in Athena when I query my dynamodb data.

> GENERIC_INTERNAL_ERROR: java.net.URISyntaxException: Relative path in absolute URI: arn:aws:dynamodb:af-south-1:**:table/** This query ran against the "**" database, unless qualified by the query. Please post the error message on our forum  or contact customer support  with Query Id: 786d9b0e-3c49-44f8-82cc-1afda5494e49

Answer

I had the wrong datasource and database selected in my query editor. When I changed those to the correct values, my query ran correctly. Hope this helps, cheers!
