Hello.
Basically, there should be no problem if you select "Amazon-provided IPv6 CIDR block".
"Amazon-provided IPv6 CIDR block" is automatically assigned from the IPv6 CIDR range managed by AWS, so users who do not have an IPv6 address will basically select this.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/modify-vpcs.html#vpc-associate-ipv6-cidr
"IPv6 CIDR owned by me" is an option when using a user-owned IPv6 CIDR.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/ec2-byoip.html
IPAM is an abbreviation for "Amazon VPC IP Address Manager" and is a function for managing IP addresses.
You can select to use an IP address CIDR owned by a user linked to IPAM.
