MTurk Requester UI - best practice to provide access to multiple business users

Question

Does a strategy exist to provide access to the MTurk Requester UI for multiple business users?
We have numerous business units who would like to create projects / Hits for their specific business need.  Each business unit will have 2 users who would be provided access to manage their projects.
The accounts will be linked to our AWS organization account for billing.

From the documentation it looks like the root user is only account that can access the Requester UI.  I believe that leaves me with two options 1) Create an AWS account for each user which provides them root access.  2) Create a home grown UI that access the platform via the APIs.

Please let me know if you are aware of another approach or a best practice for this use case.

Regarding your concern, I would mention that your understanding is correct that the root user is only account that can access the Requester UI.

In order to achieve your use case, I would suggest you to follow the 2 options that you proposed:

1) Create an AWS account for each user which provides them root access. 
2) Create a home grown UI that access the platform via the APIs

However, one of the approach and best practices could be that if the end users can use the API with IAM keys. Although you may use your AWS root credentials to access the Mechanical Turk API, you create also create an IAM user and use those credentials instead.
