How to control client IP access to AWS EC2 cloud web server

0

We currently have AWS cloud servers. Among them, there is a web server configured with Tomcat, and the URL is a domain with SSL applied. I want to allow only a few Client IPs that can connect to the web server and block the rest. I've seen a lot of articles and tried several things, but I can't control them all, so if you have a guide plan or a link, please reply.

Hi, You could try setting custom inbound rules and specify the client IP addresses which you want to reach the web server. For this, go to security groups of your instance > Edit inbound rules > Add rule and set type as All Traffic > Choose Source as Custom > Add the Client IP addresses you want to allow to your web server. (x.x.x.x/32)
