Where should i specify cloudformation template url if i am going ahead with Single AMI with Cloudformation stack offer in aws marketplace ?

If i am choosing single ami with cloudformation stack marketplace offer ,where should i specify the cloudformation url in the excel sheet (cloudformation template will create instances like ecs fargate,lambda and sql server )
