Hello, I recently signed up for developer support, but I am not sure I got what that is. I can access this forum and ask questions, but is this the 1x1 support that the paid support offers? It doesn't seem that waiting for someone to randomly help with an answer that may not fix the issue is a good model, especially if you are paying. Here is the description I got by email:

Can someone tell me if there are other locations I can talk to someone one-on-one for this paid support?
