Unable to delete certificate, Shows error Certificate in use

Question

I have two Certificates which were used by API Gateway in AP-SOUTH-1 Region.
I have removed those custom domain names way before in 2023, But still both my certificates show they are associated.
How can I solve this issue.

I tried all the steps mentioned on below link

No success at all till now.

Is it not possible to delete it using AWS CLI command?  
```
aws acm delete-certificate --certificate-arn arn:aws:acm:ap-northeast-1:xxxxxxxxxxxx:certificate/12345678-1234-1234-1234-12345678abcd
```
