Codebuild local cache with a more permanent time

Question

I use the cache in code build to cache my maven .m2 folder. I tried using the local cache feature and the build process was noticeably faster. However, as the local cache is temporal, several times per day the build re download all my dependencies again.  
  
Is there a way to mark the local cache as to not expire?

We do not currently offer the ability to modify the local cache expiration, which is presently related to the frequency and number of builds run. However, we are always looking for ways to expand on this feature, so thank you for the feedback!
