After windows update runs and installs the new updates, the computer shuts down and does not restart automatically

I have an instance active in Lightsail (SQL_SERVER_2016_EXPRESS) and every time Windows update installs new updates, the computer shuts down but doesn't automatically restart. So I have to start the instance manually

I have configured a service that communicates the applications (via the Internet) with the database of this computer, which is activated when the computer starts

But since the computer is not restarted, the service never starts and is not available.

I need that after Windows Update installs the new updates, the computer automatically reboots so that the service is available and thus have access to it.

I would greatly appreciate your support in giving your opinions to find a way to solve this problem.
