Cloud Quest VPC validation error "Instance ID is Invalid"

Been struggling with this for almost 2 days. I've tried multiple times on several browsers, but keep getting the same error: I've copy and pasted the ID's several times, rebooted and started over, reboot start over in a different browser, all with no change. shot of the EC2 instance ID's Ping works just fine:

I've been trying to find support or a help desk to help, but so far asking a question here is the closest I've been able to find.
