Unable to create parent nitro enclaves using aws cli

Hi,

I'm following the Hello enclave Tutorial from https://docs.aws.amazon.com/enclaves/latest/user/getting-started.html.
When I try to run a instance with the following command:

```
aws ec2 run-instances --image-id ami-070b208e993b59cea --count 1 --instance-type c6a.xlarge --enclave-options 'Enabled=true'
```
I get the error message:

```
usage: aws [options]   [ ...] [parameters]
...

Unknown options: --enclave-options, Enabled=true
```
Am I doing sth wrong or is the documentation obsolete?

I could figure out what was going wrong.

I was using an outdated version of the awscli.

```
aws-cli/1.18.69 Python/3.8.10 Linux/5.15.0-52-generic botocore/1.16.19
```
With the latest version it works like a charm:

```
aws-cli/2.8.12 Python/3.9.11 Linux/5.15.0-52-generic exe/x86_64.ubuntu.20 prompt/off
```
Hopefully, this helps anyone who runs into a similar issue.

can you check the aws-cli version?  maybe you can try to upgrade your aws-cli version and try again.
