Aws cloud practitioner voucher

Hi Team, I scheduled one exam for Aws cloud practitioner recently and I was having two government proof ids with me both are original but the invigilator didn't accept one (I don't know why) and they didn't allow me to attend the exam and my money got wasted. As I was travelling from another state and the exam was in another state I did not had more then two government id with me to show them. As I will not be able to afford for new exam as it is costly ,kindly someone please provide me one voucher for free if they have a voucher which can be used multiple times, so that I will be able to attend the exam as I have prepared very hard for that.
