Hello.
It is currently available free of charge under the conditions described in the following document.
For example, setting an Elasitc IP on an EC2 that has not been activated will result in a charge.

The Elastic IP address is associated with an EC2 instance.
The instance associated with the Elastic IP address is running.
The instance has only one Elastic IP address attached to it.
The Elastic IP address is associated with an attached network interface. For more information, see Network interface basics.
Note, however, that IPv4 addresses will be subject to fees starting in February 2024.

Hello, please, can you elaborate on how to have an Elastic IP associated with an instance and with a network interface at the same time. When I create the Elastic IP, I can only associate it with an instance OR with an interface, but I can't associate both of them. Am I missing something?
