How to install Python, V S code in AWS Linux VM with ID LIKE "centos rhel fedora"

Question

As this ID is not support (apt, apt-get, dpkg).
--->                    sudo apt command not found

Please provide some insight to install apllications in this version of Linux.

It looks like your EC2 is running **Amazon Linux 2** which doesn't use the `apt` package manager, but instead uses `yum` https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/find-install-software.html

The latest version - **AL 2023** - uses the successor to `yum` called `dnf` https://docs.aws.amazon.com/linux/al2023/ug/package-management.html
