Improving RAG query performance on RDS postgres with Vector DB plugin.

We are building out a RAG application that uses RDS Postgres with the vector DB plug-in applied. We've been working through various performance tweaks and had a question.

Has anyone tried using Elasticache with a VectorDB to improve query performance? If so and it worked, how much of a different did it make to query performance?
