Name correction in AWS Training and certification account: Need URGENT HELP, no response from Customer Support

Hi I've logged several requests with AWS Training & Certification customer support team to update the spelling of my name, in early November.

I had to reschedule my exam twice to update the spelling, no one from customer support has reached out. I've logged multiple requests and no response??

Today I had to cancel the exam after calling Pearson Vue. I'd like to write my exam as I have spent days preparing. I have no request ID or anything as I was not provided with anything after logging the request?

Could someone please assist as soon as possible
