Error when provisioning a DataZone Domain - 'AccessDeniedException: An error occurred while provisioning domain: User profile not found.'

I get this error when I provision a new datazone domain in 'ap-southeast-2':

There was an error while creating your domain
AccessDeniedException: An error occurred while provisioning domain: User profile not found.

When I refresh the page the domain appears to have created ok. Should I be worried that it missed something in setup?

I dont get this error if I create the DataZone Domain in the Management account of my Control Tower environment, but it occurs on all child accounts I have tried it on.. It seems like despite having AdminAccess to the child account, I also need to have SSO access back in the master account?
